During my life I have championed causes, been part of social movements and have had a social impact in communities I have lived. I’ve raised kids, traveled, lived internationally and enjoyed it all. I have proven to myself I can have adventures, do crazy things, experience personal growth all on my own. However, always there is an awareness, sometimes in the background, sometimes in the foreground, that what I really desire is to find a woman I am attracted to and can love, and who can love me in return, where our most precious moments are maybe sitting on the couch reading our books and sharing what we’re thinking; cuddling and telling each other about our life’s adventures; waking up and seeing your face and smiling; dancing in the living room to our favorite tunes; holding hands; creating new adventures together.
I do best with someone who can listen, ask questions, and be curious. I’m an introvert mostly, but have been known to release my inner extrovert. I prefer dialogue over monologue. I’ll be interested in who you are and I expect the same.
As I read people’s profiles many mention the desire to travel. I would like to revisit Italy and also the Greek islands sometime, but really I think I would experience more joy, contentment, and connection sharing the day to day experiences that come along, or that are created together with a loving, committed partner. I recently moved to Yucca Valley to be close to my two adult children but would relocate if I found my next friend and lover, yet still in southern California.
