I'm currently in the process of selling my house and moving to Lakeland. I have two children and five grand kids nearby and I'd like to be closer to them.

I have retired as a Firefighter and from management in the Airline Industry. I'd rather wear out, than rust out! Are you looking for adventure and whatever comes our way? I just bought a nice convertible, Let's Go!
I'm an animal lover, especially dogs. Nothing beats a furry friend for unconditional love.
I rescued a Labradoodle and a Australian Cattle Dog who are my loyal companions. I'm a big sports fan, especially football, but it's not my life. I coached youth sports for years including football, baseball, and basketball. I enjoy music from Oldies to Anything But Rap. I love live concerts. I've recently taken up playing the harmonica. It's fun and I hope to learn a lot of songs. I'll try anything once! Sunsets on the beach can be special.. I enjoy engaging conversation and I can respect all points of view. If one of us has to change to please one another, we'll be miserable. If it clicks, I'll love you just the way you are. I have 3 married children with grand children in Odessa and Lakeland, FL., and Austin, Tx, that I like to visit during the year. Road Trip!

I write a nationally-published blog about The Baby Boomer Generation. To my surprise, it's been very well received and I'm working on a book compilation to publish. At least in keeps me off the streets.
