I reckon we should meet at the Cafe Bastille on the Champs Ellyses in Paris - it sounds great for a first date? Failing that, a quiet cafe somewhere in Oz, or a walk in a park.
J'ai toujours voulu essayer
In the past I travelled very extensively (have worked in 30 countries and lived in 3 (apart from Oz)) so flying these days, now with all the huge crowds and airport delays, does not appeal to me greatly. Never-the-less, perhaps a long train journey (such as the Trans Siberian Rail, the Amtrak Rail across the US or similar through South America) would be real nice.
