AM VERY LONELY NEED A COMPANION

I AM 6'1" tall, weigh 14st3lbs, average build with short grey hair. Tanned complection and scrub up well to look a good 55(so I'm told)I have 3grown up children, 4 grandsons and a very new grand-daughter whome I will see at Christmas in Germany. 30years of my life has been military, firstly the Grenadier Guards, Then the SAS, followed by three seconderments to overseas armies in a training post and bodyguard. My main hobby now is stamp collecting, (GB Only) closely followed my model railways. I enjoy gardening and driving and am a member of the institute of advanced driving.I am an animal lover with three and a half cats, an 8month old German sheepherd dog thay looks like a young Shetland pony. I have abouy a dozen Koi carp pn my pond and I breed Guppies, a small but very coloured fish.
When I go on holiday I mainly go on a cruise. I went to the Canaries in May and on the 6th september I'm off again to the Med., I also split my other holidays with my children. Lee, kerry and twin boys come to me. Sara, my daughter and her husband John, I visit them wherever they be for they are both captains in the QARANC. Bye the way I retired from HMF as a captain. My other son Mark, twin brother of Sara lives and works in Germany, He of married to Simone a nice German girl, thry have one boy of 3 and my new Grand-daughter 3weeks old. The rest of the time I keep house, Go out on a monday shopping, clean out tuesday, church and swimming wednesday, ironing thursday. Not much time left for me. That is why I need a companion to drag me away from my chores and show me that there is a life after death.
