I enjoy living a Healthy Lifestyle. Gym, swim, yoga and natural foods are part of me.

I love walking at sunrise, it keeps my spirit soaring.

Being surrounded by loving family and friends bring further joy and greater appreciation of my blessings.

Sharing interests, knowledge, wisdom, values and humour are great enhancement to anyone's life!
