Retired and enjoy it more than I thought possible.
I am a warm-hearted, fun-loving woman who keeps a smile on my face regardless! I love to laugh, and find humor in just about everything, and especially these dating services! I've learned that life is just too, too long to be unhappy.
I've had a picture of what I believe the perfect relationship would look like and to me it's not about 'the perfect partner' it's more about the perfect shared communication between the two people and how important we choose to value that other person in our lives.
I can be impulsive and spontaneous, but most of the time dependable and laid back. Love to read, watch TV, go to movies, meet new people, of course, all those things. But more importantly, I want to learn about you and I want you to learn about me. I do Love the mountains, especially during leaf turning season. Oh and I adore the beach in the early morning hours and especially at night - love walking barefoot on the beach and feeling the cool sand between my toes!
Love to be near my partner and spend quality, loving time with that person. I love the feel of another person's presence---just being together, period, whether we are touching or talking, or doing 'nothing' but just sitting together quietly reading, or resting and just being'. I did enjoy being married, and I respect the institution of marriage and the bond between two very special people in love and the commitment they share.
