I prefer someone who does not have hateful feelings. It is fine to dislike something or someone but I think when you harbor hatefulness you can't ever be happy. A plesent personality. Still interested in life and living. Easy to please. Money is always nice to have however since I personally don't have much of the green stuff, I don't require you do either. Being able to afford short trips, dinner out sometimes etc.
