Age is just a number and I can't slow down the clock but I can slow down my health/fitness "age" clock which I've done from regular exercise and eating healthy. Along with being into fitness, I am an artist by trade doing realistic paintings and it keeps me pretty busy. There is always some kind of art to create. I paint in oils and make prints of my originals and sell them and I sell my originals as well. I do commission portraits and my work has been published in magazines and books. I also have my own art web site.
