All photos taken in Sept. 2008. I am 5'5" and weigh 132 pounds. I strongly value physical fitness and nutritional well-being. I stay as trim as I can. I exercise several times a week, (with pleasure!), and eat Farmer's-Market-fresh organic vegetables, fruit, and lean meat and fish. I try to avoid all flour and sugar products (don't always succeed!). I have fun trying new recipes - I set a tasty and colorful table. I am interested in a partner who shares these two lifestyle preferences.

On the emotional side, we don't need each other but want each other. The physical chemistry between us is strong.

We enjoy each other's company without even trying. We laugh a lot together - life has to get funnier as we get older! It's all a dance of attitudes. We don't take ourselves too seriously!

We have mutual values. We are kind to one another and try to be kind in general because we value kindness.

We have confidence in ourselves as a couple. We trust, and allow ourselves to be vulnerable with one another. When the chips are down, we know we can depend on each other.
