I am a retired woman who is very active, on her bicycle every day in the spring, summer and fall. I enjoy gardening, helping with the grandkids, cooking and baking, working out, and reading. I am a quiet person who loves classical music, walks at the marina (summer and winter). It gives me a unique perspective on the world. I try to meditate because I like the calm. I am a mushroom forager in the fall.

I am a lifelong learner; my current projects include a class on soulwork and an investigation of loneliness as an opportunity for spiritual growth.
