Looking for a friend that will hopefully blossom into something more. A lover, someone I can trust and share my dreams with.
I believe we all can benefit from companionship on this journey called life. I am hoping to find someone to be in a committed relationship with, knowing lots more now about myself and relationships than before my divorce which was in April 2006. I have worked hard to grow, heal and learn from that and all subsequent experiences along the trail. I sincerely believe that I am happier and a better person because of that experience and what I have learned in the process.
I am looking for someone who truly is looking also for a companion in life and willing and able to seek it at the highest levels. I understand and am willing to take the time to get to know someone before deciding if there is a possibility for a relationship. I believe that it takes a few dates to really just begin to know who the other person is and how you might choose to interact with them. I believe that it is very important for a couple to find something they enjoy doing together... as I believe that 'playing together' is a very important part of sustaining a healthy, happy relationship.
I like the theater arts, movies, weekend getaways & day trips. A quiet evening at home, we don't always have to go out. Not into cold weather but it's good for cuddling. Love the summer, spring & fall and all the things that go with it.
