I am retired after careers in computers, financial management, and acting (almost). I like NYC's great diversity of attractions, especially good movies, theater (not music so much), dance, museums, poetry, parks, and beaches. For amusement at home, I read and write poetry, do puzzles, and, of course, watch tv.

I am a nerd at heart, although I don't look like one. I love science and mathematics and recently read "The Theory of Almost Everything," which I need to read again if I want to know what it said. I used to be an avid bridge player, but my regular partner died, and I have not found a new one yet.

I have a long involvement with an organization promoting deep-feeling psychotherapy. It has been an important counterbalance for my brain-focused activities and a source for growth and community.
