I am a widow since 2011, retired nurse Mother of 3 grown sons, grandmother of 3.I believe life is meant to be shared, not only with family and friends, but with a special someone, to share fun and quiet moments with. I am a very caring , honest and loyal lady. My favorite motto is LIVE,LOVE and LAUGH. A quote borrowed from Eleanor Roosevelt " The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost and to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience" Well I guess at our ages we have to be somewhat cautious, what is your opinion?I enjoy going out to eat at times , but I also enjoy cooking , especially for someone other than myself.I enjoy TV especially HGTV and HALLMARK channels.I like playing cards, going to a casino every once in awhile.I also like going to the YMCA to exercise in the warm water pool 2 or 3 times a week. I like thrift stores and yard sales looking for that treasure that might be there. I enjoy just relaxing and getting fresh air on my patio or my garden swing.I like to travel, here or abroad, I have a trip to Italy planned for April 2015. I own my home in the country with a beautiful view and do my best to keep it well maintained. I am 5'4" have some extra pounds,Light brown hair and blue eyes. I am a christian, more spiritual than religious, I was raised Catholic. I guess that is about it.
