I'm 74 yrs young, your only as old as you feel. I do walk with a cain due to back surgery but will be back to myself soon. I try and work out at the gym 3 times a week in the pool. I enjoy cooking with a partner. I like to go on walks, enjoy exploring new towns, estate sales and craft fairs and try different things.
