I like to think outside the square regarding the status quo on e.g. what stands for freedom, politics, who are we and other spiritual matters. Like to read, a good movie that can make me laugh, reduce me to tears or hold me spellbound. Practice a little yoga and endeavour to walk as much as I can. keen gardener and love animals. I have 4 children ranging from 34 to 18 and 2 grandchildren, all of whom l love dearly. I have a professional background in Psychology, EFT (emotional freedom technique), and Naturopathy. Also have a very keen interest in drawing and dress design and other crafts. Am vegetarian by choice.
