I'm a 53 year young blond, from the Northwest, who moved here a few years ago to help care for my very sick father. Now that he has passed on to the greatest "football game in the sky" (he was a retired coach), I find myself with no friends and no clue where to go for some fun.
I am a small town girl who had a lot of friends back home so being a hermit is not my style.
I have my own cleaning business for over 10 years now and work a lot out of shear boredom. I'm not a bar fly, but I like to drink a little. I love to eat out, but not alone. I love to laugh and dance but have had none of that in my life lately. I used to do a lot of camping and fishing with my 3 sons (all grown and on their own now). It would be nice to go somewhere cool and catch a fish again.
A long term relationship is not as important to me now as getting to know someone who likes to laugh, relax, and unwind. Possibly meet some new acquaintances and make some great friendships. Anything beyond that, well, just happens. WOO!HOO!

Somewhere public, but relaxing and a little fun. Like a street festival, park, or maybe dinner. A sports event could be fun too. I love football and like going to baseball games. Someplace with a little distraction but enough alone time to get to know each other.

Sky diving. Salsa dancing, any ballroom dancing. Going to Italy or Greece. Another river rafting trip.

Tavoitteeni elämässäni on

To make it to the end with as little regrets as possible. I've already accomplished all the goals I wanted when I was young. College educated, 3 handsome sons, grandson, good jobs, and lived in some beautiful places. Now that I'm on the other side of that, lost a few things, made some mistakes, lost a few loved ones, those goals seem not as important. They were accomplishments only. After losing my father last October and struggling with my mothers reaction to it my ideas have changed. And becoming a grandma has changed my outlook too. Almost losing my life at the hands of another man changed my life forever. . . . . . . My goal in life today is to feel safe, comfortable in my own skin, confident, and the love of my family. Having someone to share that with would be just icing on the cake.

Anything that doesn't involve work or taking care of someone. Total relaxation and the ability to do whatever I want, whenever I want. While being pampered!! It's been I long, long time since I've really had some fun. I like movies, going on motorcycle rides, swimming, being lazy, camping, fishing, eating out, ordering in, whatever makes me feel comfortable and safe(that really depends on who I'm with). I'm not a very physically active person on my time off because my job is so physically demanding. I like to keep my feet up and feel as good as possible.
The summers here have been hard to get used to and a nice, cool camping trip sounds perfect.

I like the strong, silent type. But not so quiet that he is afraid to speak up for himself or what he believes in. I like intelligent men who are secure enough to not be intimidated by my intelligence. I don't care for a bragger or someone who is always trying to one-up me. I'm not a great debater. I believe what I believe and you can do the same, I don't really want to debate about it. I want a man who will pamper me to death. I have spent my whole life caring for men from my 3 sons, ex-husband to my dying father. It's my turn now. I want a best friend, an equal, a lover, someone who will be honest and try to never let me down. And if I can get that. . . . I can give it all back ten fold.
