I refuse to play games. Serial daters, move on. OK, so I don't look 54. That's a good thing, right? That doesn't mean that I don't take my life seriously. OK OK moonlight stroll, yes. Cuddle on a rainy afternoon, sure. But the real stuff is about family and connection. You have to accept my children; they are a part of me. They range in age from 24 to 15. My 15 year old son is at home with me. He is pretty much autonomous but still I see him as my baby. Your family is just as important to you, I hope.
My 24 year old son is getting married in a few months. Everything is all about the wedding plans now. I am the mother of the groom and filling in as mother of the bride also; double duty-double pleasure.
I was married for 24 years to the father of my children, that marriage ended in divorce and we are civil with each other although my sons both have issues with their father. My daughter resides with him as he has a much better school district than Philadelphia. She, however, visits every weekend. Not sure if that is to see me or because her boyfriend lives three blocks away from me...little bit of "A" a little bit of "B"?
I started off really harsh and if you've gotten this far, then I'll let you know a bit more. I have a great sense of humor. I love to laugh. I have a very responsible job. I love to sing and do it well enough to have sung the National Anthem at a Phillies games a few years ago.
My second marriage ended after only 9 months as I was stupid enough not to see he was a sociopath. Look it up, they are totally manipulative and excellent liars.
Unfortunately, I am not yet divorced from this "man". Read between the lines, there is NO POSSIBLE chance of reconciliation...So you can see why I am going to be more cautious then the next person. I will research criminal records. NO gamblers! Addiction to ANY substance is not acceptable, sorry if you find that offensive.
Cheaters or gigolo? I have NO words for how despicable I find you.
There has to be at least one honest, dependable man out there upon whom I can lean for love and encouragement. Whom I may love with my whole heart, mind, soul and body. For this I pray.
