I'm retired of course and I exercise the same as I have for thirty uears and I am the same weight as I was when I graduated from USC.
I am still riding bicycles and love to travel to any where and enjoy a good ride with a rental bike.
New York has a good ride of 42 miles in early May that makes all 5 "boros" as the natives call it. Like Manhattan and Brooklin etc.
Do you like to travel without the unending hurry of a travel agency, I like to do it but after a few days it get old. I think it is great to plan and be ready to change when you find a location which is interesting and you can spend all the time you wish before leaving, Local trips are nice too as sometimes a good restaurant is discovered! I love to travel BUT alone is sometimes lacking and a good partner doubles your chances of a good trip, even a day trip as there is so much to do if you are on your own for more than a free two hours like some arranged trips.
