The love of travel and my curiosity has taken me around the world. I am a gentle artist who loves the visual aspect of photography, but the creative side of me love to design as a potter, illustrator and a painter.
I am a foodie, quality over quantity, accompanied by a good sip of wine.
I love to read a good book but do most reading on my computer and kindle. I also find with all the self-publishing, that it is more difficult to find a good book. One of my favourite books remains "the road less travelled". I love movies and Netflix and my favourite is about human drama. Not fond of science fiction or gore.
Did I mention sailing? Spent several years in South America, the Caribbean and the French and Dutch canal systems.
The things I can not do without are My espresso maker, stemware, digital camera, my computer, as a means of staying in touch, hot showers and a comfortable place to sleep.
I am presently working on my bucket list. This year I managed to visit Malta, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa. The next is India.
