Hi and congratulations! If you are reading my profile, should you decide to accept this opportunity, demonstrates an endeavor of curiosity and intrigue for discovering the genuine person behind my person. What characteristics, morals, and values are intertwined that have defined my heart, soul, and mind into the man I am today?
To begin, I love living life again, seeking to gain knowledge and understanding, the ability to provide counsel, guidance, and assistance to others when the opportunity presents itself, and standing in awe of my salvation through my Lord Jesus, and the magnificent splendor of my Heavenly Father’s exquisite creations.
I love being goofy and making those around me laugh, relax, and feel comfortable. I strive to laugh hard at least once a day; laughter is the best medicine for the heart! I love cooking, gardening, learning to DIY (Not afraid to call a professional if I can’t figure it out), and love being intimate whether walking on the beach hand in hand or snuggling to watch a movie. I love to slow dance, arms around each other, staring into each other’s eyes, and ………. Kissing. Did I state touching your lips with mine?
I enjoy sharing good times with family and friends, BBQs, fishing, camping, both short and long excursions to the mountains, beaches, lakes and rivers, deserts, boating, hiking, and shooting and am learning archery at present. Love watching my kids play sports, school functions, and celebrations.
I’m a man whose moral characteristics include being conservative, courageous, patriotic, gracious, persevering, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental, cooperative, generous, respectful, trustworthy, polite, and utilizing self-control. I believe in standing up for my Christian principles, the Word of God, and the U.S. Constitution, and protecting my family and country against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, despite society’s inequality, biases, or injustices.
I am in no way perfect, have my own shortcomings, and have made many unwise decisions in the past. Rather, I have come to view these mistakes and unwise decisions as building blocks used to mold me into a better person, man, and father. I strive to make improvements each day on myself, with God’s help, to become better than I was yesterday. I’ve learned not to be biased and judgmental of others whom I have never walked in their footsteps through life and to forgive both myself and others for past issues.
Note: Each day resembles a wonderful glass of wine savored for its distinguished, characteristic qualities; the unique aroma as it is poured into the glass and sniffed, the exquisite color and fermented consistency as it is twirled within the glass, and the exhilaration of interaction as it flows over the mouth’s pallet. Hidden gems of joy and peace can be found even during life’s most difficult and challenging time periods, waiting to be discovered, collected, and placed within the treasure chest of our hearts.
