Turned 59 last July... I think it is true that age is only a number. In my mind, and heart I feel like a very young man. My health is fabulous (other than the usual pains of aging).
I'm Danny, and I am here to hopefully find someone to share the rest of our days together.
3rd generation Irish, sibling to 3 sisters, and 1 brother, father of 1 daughter, and grampa to 2 gorgeous little girls!
Originally from the NW, I have been in the Sacramento area since 2002. Economics prompted the move here, and I think at heart I will always be a NW boy! My work keeps me outside most of the time, and even after all these years I still have not gotten used to the heat here.
Formerly an Alaskan Commercial Fisherman I spent 20+ years working the Bering Sea, and southern Alaska.
Seattle was home, and where most of my family still lives. Try to get up there several times a year.
I love to laugh, and make people laugh, gentle at heart, and can be strong willed at times too. Can cook up a storm, and love learning new ideas for the kitchen! Got a patent on my special spaghetti sauce, and am forced to make it when ever relatives come calling...
Exercise regularly, staying fit inside and out.
