Hadn't really noticed what people were showing me until I was forced to look up.
What's power for if you end up alone?
Have you ever noticed that the exquisite moments of life are found in the spaces in-between. In between appointments, in between chores, in between the plans we've laid and in between the chaos we can find ourselves in. Think of music; the notes we hear when an instrument is played is one thing but the sound that moves a soul is caused by the space between those notes. That's me, the space between the notes.
Among other things being an introvert means being sensitive. Being sensitive means feeling deeply. Breaking out of the shell of a bad/sad childhood experience is a trip that's quite exquisite.
I believe that if a person were to put their best effort and awareness into each day they live, they would eventually improve. I know I sure have.
An authentic self is a mosaic created through the assembling of various items including; bits of awareness, fragments of experience, trainings and understandings from a life already lived. Do you feel a yearning, a calling, a crying out? I did. I do. That's why I'm here
