I love being at home working on projects around the house and in the yard and garden. For fun, I sing and play folk music in a band. We have about 4 gigs per year. In 2004 we did a performing mini tour of Ireland. I'm emotionally and financially secure, very healthy, and stay physically fit by starting most of my days at the gym.

I have old fashioned morals, very affectionate and a one man woman. I consider myself to be open, honest, trustworthy and sensitive. My word is my word, and my friendships are long-lasting. Although I'm in an aggressive fast-paced profession, at home, I'm naturally more quiet, gentle and easy going. I enjoy keeping a clean and neat home, dancing, movies, dinner with friends and family gatherings, My hobbies are sewing, kayaking, quilting, cooking, gardening and crafts. I love being outside doing anything in the fresh air. For all those reasons, I look forward to retirement. But, I don't want to go it alone.

To get my home paid for (almost there) and jump in a camper/travel trailer and travel cross country sight seeing. When I get to a beautiful river, swim and or kayak in it. When I come to a beautiful mountain, climb it. When I come to a quaint little town go to the local restaurant and meet the people. When I see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, hold hands with the one I love. Take lots of pictures for the memories of how beautiful nature really is.

I'm looking for someone I am attracted to that appreciates my energy level, someone who will accept me for who I am, someone who will blend in with my life as easily as I will blend with theirs. I don't want to be a nurse but I'm so very willing to take care of their needs. I don't want to be the purse, but I'm so very willing to share what I have. I'm looking for someone who laughs easily and enjoys lifes little pleasures as well as the big ones, someone that is willing to be committed to one woman, because I am a one man woman.
