I've written this several times and I'm still a little out of my comfort zone, but here goes.... I would describe myself as an outdoors kind of person, with a touch of "romantic". I think I have a passion for life and try to live to the fullest. I love to cook for friends and love seeing the smiles when they like the food. I like wine, staying in shape, working out with a little running thrown in, travelling to unusual places, doing outdoor things with a little risk. I x-country ski, snowshoe, camp, trailer, scuba dive and train retrievers (dogs) as a hobby. I volunteer as well, and play with the grandkids when time permits. Friends say I care and share and sometimes wear my heart on my shoulder. I'm honest, compassionate, with a sense of humour, but I sometimes put my foot in my mouth. I don't take myself to seriously and I can laugh at myself with ease. I'm trying, really hard to be the best person I can be...
