I Would Describe Myself As

I love the water, walking, music, movies, playing cards, dance and dancing, movies and theatre. I like to read "hero fantasy" such as JR Tolkien, Paolini, JK Rawling and anything about the legend King Arthur. I study Western Civilization, especially the History of England and Her kings. I keep house,sew, crochet and try to grow things outdoors. I find my biggest contribution outdoors is pulling easy to identify weeds most of what I plant dies. My son has a green thumb though. I would like to find part-time office work but have not. I volunteer at a local library twice a month. I study and write to support causes and officials I believe in.
My goal is always to be kind and courteous but sometimes being honest gets in the way. When it comes to relationships I am old fashioned, I will not pursue. That is not to say I'm a patsy as I am very strong willed.
Favorites by season: Spring - everything, Summer - boat trip to the islands, Fall - color and raking leaves, and of course Winter is Christmas.
