Surrounds self with books natural things ..++gardens flowers .Takes active role in being well...through activity ( golf cycling walking Yoga) ...good food...nutritional supplements...mental wellness/stimulation...Loves family... only grandchild ...good friends...surprises... puppies...different cultures... loves most music genres ... mesmorized by "Carmina Burana.".. Generally wise realistic perceptive and very vulnerable in the face of candour valor tenderness graciousness. Cannot live without doing pottery..listening to CBC...golf... walking...travel and +++light in my surroundings and occasional theater. A few special friends and family can see my frailties ( there is a considerable list) but they continue to love me anyway ... A 30 year marriage to a man whose priorities were family laughter sports friends shaped part my understanding of what is important in our lives.I am open to discovering more in this domain ... and desirous /ready for that... unity... bond ... love at an emotional intellectual spiritual and physical level...one more time.
