Me describiría a mi mismo como
Hi there - it's not easy, as you probably know, to write about yourself, but here goes.
I'm a native Houstonian/Texan who loves the beach, and also loves the mountains. I love to dance, mostly C&W, and love sailing. However, over the past several years I have hardly done either (working too much!!) but will start up soon again on dance lessons. If you like to dance or want to learn, let's go!
I'm a Technical Writer/Editor. I love to travel, and years ago had a chance to live overseas based in Amsterdam for about 15 months for work and traveled around Europe working. I've also had opportunities to work for two or three months each in Singapore & India. And fell in love with all these places. For some reason, I have this crazy idea that I would like to take a river cruise down the Amazon River. One day....
I like the theater, museums & just about all sports in person or on TV. Most people think I'm an extrovert, but I can be shy at times - especially meeting people on here. It's hard for me to "call a boy first" (my parents were strict!) so you will probably have to make the first move and contact me. I like to laugh and have fun and would love to meet you and do fun activities together. Honesty in friends, and especially a partner, is very important to me.
Most important to are shared values & faith, honesty, integrity & someone with a good sense of humor (we need fun & laughter so much right now). I want to start things off slow and get to know each other and be friends. Try some fun/different activities that we both would like.
I hopet o find someone who is willing to take the time to get to know each other and become friends. And someone who is in the greater Houston area.
Someone who would like to try new activities, or pick back up old ones not enjoyed in a while and just enjoy spending time together is the type of friend /special man for whom I am looking.
And, hopefully, that friendship will develop into a deeper relationship and we find that last love of our lives.
If that is not to be, then we will each have made a new friend, and hopefully we will stay friends.
