The first thing I look for is the overall physical package. Not to sound trite, but that is the first thing I see as does everyone else. That first glimpse is what tells me I am or am not interested. Then I notice the eye contact followed by the voice. How thoughtful they sound when they talk tells me how much they are able to care for and respect others.
