Hi! I love to laugh but more than anything I love a good hug. I enjoy crochet, Nascar, drag racing, camping, Canasta, football (College & NFL), the Little League World Series and sitting on the porch watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee in hand. I love animals and really miss mine. I enjoy going out for a relaxing breakfast, or to a bar on occasion but am just as happy staying home and curling up with a good book.

I am fun loving and loyal to a T. I believe in my friends/partners and accept them for who they are. I don't try to change them to fit my ideals. I'm level headed and usually hard to anger.

I like a wide variety of music but I am basically a good old rock & roll fan. George Thourogood & the Destroyers (Bad Company), Aerosmith, Tommy James and the Shondells, CCR, etc. Also, Trisha Yearwood, Reba Mc Entire and even Enya and Celtic Women - like I said, a w-i-d-e variety!

I lived in the mountains of Western Maryland and was married for 28 years. I have been divorced now for 5. I quit smoking last year, but if you are a smoker, it won't bother me. I have an unshakable belief in God, but I don't go to church.

It wasn't easy to do this and I am kind of scared, but it won't work if I don't try.

I look for someone who will make me laugh. Someone who gets up with a good attitude. Who's even tempered, protective but not over bearing. Who doesn't mind having some different interests. Who's just as happy spending a quite day/evening at home reading, talking, watching tv or playing cards as they are to go visit friends/family. Someone who has a good hug!
