Every man in Texas, it seems, wants a woman who likes camping. He likes "roughing it." When my kids were growing up it was fun. At this stage of life my idea of roughing it is a cheap motel in Vegas with faulty A/C.
I'd really enjoy dancing again. Music of most all types make me feel great. In fact, I've got a huge collection of pop tunes, soft rock, 50s-60s favorites, classical, opera, Sinatra, Tom Jones, Garth Brooks, George Strait. Willie Nelson's concerts are fabulous! Dinner parties, BBQ, are some of my favorite ways of entertaining friends and family. Fishing is fun, and I'll even mix up corn bread to go along with the meal. I'll probably talk too much, but all you need to do is kiss me. That'll get my attention.
On August 25,2009 I had my second stroke in 6 yrs. Due to the damage to my occipital nerve I had to stop driving. The State of Texas is one of the safest places to live in America. Miss Pat is no longer behind the wheel. Other than that and occasional bouts of vertigo I'm fine. You'd never guess that just by looking at me.
The mild winters here in South Texas are why I moved here from WA. Snow is a 4 letter word I don't include in my vocabulary; that and cold.

How's about we meet for coffee and conversation? I think we'll find commonalities, shared interests, laughs, lots of good times.
