I am passionate about life. My lifestyle is not exciting but it is satisfying to me. I believe that life is what you make of it and it is too short to dwell on what could have been. I try to live each day to the fullest but also know that each action has a reaction or consequence.

My children are all grown and live away from home. My work is complex and demanding but extremely rewarding. I am an avid reader and look forward to the weekends to relax and smell the roses. I am a romantic and enjoy viewing the sky whether it's a rising or a setting sun, or the night sky with its beautiful stars and all the great planets. I love quiet walks, long drives in the hill country, lively conversation and good company.

I also enjoy gardening, fishing at the coast, going to flea markets, short weekends getaways, browsing through antique shops, dancing or snuggling on the couch or at the movies.

Humor is an important part of my life. I believe that life is too short to dwell on what could have been. I am enjoying my second part of my life and am interested in a man who is comfortable with his age. Hopefully, there is someone out there who knows the importance of faith in God, family, good friends, good books and their work.
