I Would Describe Myself As

Hi. I am a cheerful, positive, young at heart lady. I am a Christ follower. I moved to Flagstaff, AZ last August. I don't know many people here outside of my family, and am looking for a nice friend; that perhaps would become a best friend, and grow from there. I am getting back on my feet after a work injury in 2012, and have a positive outlook toward my future. I like a lot of things that most others folks do. Being a senior is interesting to say the least. Anyone who has lived this long has had a lot of experiences, good & bad, that have shaped who we are today. I am not desiring to change anyone, or be changed by anyone -- just share our experiences, and enhance each others lives, and enjoy our time together. I drive a '93 bronco that rides like a Cadillac. I am retired, but starting a job this week to supplement the good ol' SS. There are things I used to enjoy, like high heels and mini skirts, that aren't, well, so practical anymore. And I have acquired a permanent resident named arther(itis) that won't accept my eviction notice.. I have a good sense of humor, am not judgmental, and am family oriented - with 3 grandchildren who call me Nana. I like walking, sitting on the porch, sunshine & rain (love the thunder!), people watching, animals, movies, music, concerts in the park,.. just hangin out, sometimes eating out - or in.. I am easy-going. I keep a clean house, though am not Better Homes & Gardens or Martha Stewart. All in all, I am a good woman. I am hoping to find a good man to share life with. Interested in seeing if we might hit off a friendship?
