The restaurants are excellent here & I eat out quite a lot but sometimes cook a basic meal for myself . Although if I had a guest I would make an effort & find a cookbook with a recipe .
In 1990 I bought a farm at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada . I rebuilt the farmhouse & outbuildings to create a retreat centre & when finished slept 15 . The land was surrounded by forest & had 2 reservoirs ,waterfall & a brook running alongside . It had many varieties of fruit trees . My daughter was born on the farm .
I travel back to London every now & then to help clients .
