A quiet meeting over coffee (or a tall cold lemonade)or a light lunch; conversation without glaring background noise. I want to get to know you as you want to learn about me.

Jag har alltid velat prova

Anything that falls in my path. Remember, I am perpetually curious. I've flown in hot air balloons and gliders, and have taken the pilot's seat in a small plane. I've fished for piranha in the Amazon, climbed Machu Picchu, scoured the catacombs in Lima, done my own plumbing and construction in a summer camp, done white water canoeing and rafting, installed clapboard siding, co-hosted my own radio show with a partner ... all of these things were opportunities taken and thoroughly enjoyed. While I a little older -:)- and somewhat the worse for wear, I like to take advantage of such opportunities when they fall before me and my career has provide plenty of marvelous things to do. I want to return to Machu Picchu for an extended stay, and also want to zipline through the rainforest in Ecuador. I may be the last one in the line, but I'll get there. There's alson a great train ride to the Avenue of Volcanos in Ecuador ...

Det jag tycker är kul är

As a writer I am perpetually curious; interested in everything. Love lazing on the beach, tag sales, ballroom dancing, cooking in and dining out, writing (of course), and exploring the countryside. I am devoted to family, but also want to nurture my own life as well. I love to be in the countryside, but I also have a passion for the arts in any form from museums and galleries the live theater. Not a big fan of overcrowded festivals unless there is great music to be found. I derive a great deal of happiness within the solitude I require as a writer; that is not a comment on my companion but rather the nature of being immersed in writing. I am also a history buff. I make costumes (especially medieval and sci-fi). Somewhere in all of this can be a meeting of the minds.

Vad letar du efter?

Tolerance, honor, kindness and courtesy. I love good manners. I want someone to challenge me and be supportive of my needs and ambitions. I need someone who is not threatened by my independence or my need for periods of solitude (necessary to writing & art). I would like a creative and curious person who doesn't worry every nuance to death. Friends first; I am not one to leap into relationship immediately. I love the intimate aspects of life but don't jump into intimacy at the drop of a hat.
