I'm a contradiction in many ways -- I'm traditional, yet unconventional; serious, yet silly; domestic, yet free-spirited; politically conservative, socially liberal. I can enjoy a weekend in the mountains or in Manhattan; fine wine or ice cold beer; a night on the town or a DVD at home; a game of cribbage, scrabble or pool; museums or a motorcycle ride; Radiohead or Billie Holiday; a gourmet meal or a great hot-dog! I consider myself to be bright and curious, and enjoy learning new things. (I recently started oil painting, and a couple of my paintings are attached.) I'm open, understanding and reasonable, and quick to laugh. I have a spirit of adventure and love to travel (spontaneous day trips or planned vacations) and explore everything from exotic places to the local junk store! I love photography, art and architecture, all of the great outdoors, window-shopping and people-watching, classic cars and vintage trains, festivals and flea markets, dogs and cats, antiques and history. And I'm a huge fan of movies of all sorts, but TMC is the best! Life is great, but everything is better when shared with someone special!
