I am a big, beautiful, voluptuous, full-figured single girl in her mid-50's, but I don't act or feel as old as I am. I am an intelligent, professional woman, very independent, well-spoken and very well-traveled. I may be 55, but I'm very young-acting and have a young spirit. I love the finer things in life...music (all kinds), art, theater, movies, restaurants, traveling, good wine, etc. I also enjoy quiet nights at home by the fireplace, or on the patio, or even in front of the television. I do enjoy Nebraska Cornhusker Football! GO BIG RED!! And there's lots of sports I like to watch, but not a lot I like to participate in, but I'm always up for a hand-in-hand walk in the park! And although I live in the city and I do like the finer things in life, I was born and raised a small-town Iowa country girl and I never forget how I was brought up and where I came from. I have a very strong sense of family and family values. I'm like a fine classic car...low mileage and low maintenance.

My Ideal Person: I am looking for a long-term, serious, healthy relationship with someone who is sweet, honest, intelligent, professional, hard working. My idea of a great date? I think about slow dancing to some soft, slow jazz for hours in each other's arms for a very long time...just holding one another, moving slowly to the music, my face gently nestled in the crook of your neck, my hand in your hand, we can feel each other's hearts beat. And for days afterward, you swear you can still smell my perfume; and I think I can still feel your beard stubble against my soft cheek, and I like it.
