I Would Describe Myself As
God I find that I am beginning to become such a mean spirited old bag as time goes on. Cut me off at the pass would you shorty.
I am a very spry 65 year old Grandmother of four Grandsons. I try to keep myself fit and in good shape. I have always been very active in sports. I played softball for 14 years, bowled for 12 years carried a 185 avg. for awhile. I was a Dog Musher for 11 years. I am a good listener, I have very good common sense. I am tough when I have to be and still very sensitive. I know if I am going to like someone on the first meeting. I have a super way of knowing what a person is going to be like. I like to talk about Politic's but usually at the wrong time. I have had some beautiful times in my life and some very sad times. I have 1 beautiful daughter who is 46 year old. I lost my son when he was 14 to a DRUNK driver. Like they say there are winners and losers. I feel I have had both. I am married to my second husband now for almost 29 years. He has Multi-Myloma (Bone Cancer) I am also a very good caregiver.
It is now three years later and I find myself not as spry as I was 3 years ago. My husband has been in remission now for 2 years so guess between myself and God we do a pretty good job of being caregivers.
My four Grandsons are all but full grown no longer in their teens. All are doing great and make their grandparents really proud. All doing their own thing. Where has the time gone and how has it gotten away so fast. Altho the time seems to go by in a blurr, I am happy to say that both of our families are doing great. That is our Son Chris and his family and Daughter Nancy and her family and as far as I know most of our friends and families are doing fine and the ones that aren't certainly are in our prayers. What more can a person ask for.
