I see myself as a positive caring person who is fascinated with people and their stories. I enjoy listening, chatting, walking, theatre, food, travel and a variety of music. I love having friends round for a meal and like to cook for them. I do volunteer work in the community which i enjoy. I also am learning to play bridge to keep the gray matter stimulated and boy does it a chieve that. i love the game and its challenges.
I am rather shy when in new situations so can be more the observer or listener until I feel confident. I am very committed to family and friends as I recognise the important role they play in my life. As a widow I have learnt to be independent but at times admit it would be nice to have some one to have as a special friend. Someone who when together can share those special times of fun, laughter or just quiet times.
