Ready for the Fun in Life

I will be 60 in February, retired. Love to have fun with all kinds of activities. I have a RV and I love to travel to see the country. Also enjoy quiet times watching movies, reading, learning, along with game nights with friends/family. I also love to work in flower beds. I am ready to live young again as my family is grown and developing their own lives and traditions and don't need me to be the "mother hen" any longer. I am ready for new adventures in life with new friends - male or female. I am a little shy at first but once I feel comfortable I can be very talkative. I will drind socially but that is not my favorite activity and I don't deal with drunks very well. I am pretty down to earth and I am not into formal affairs - for one thing I am not able to wear high heels any more and I don't really like trying to socialize with people who think they are better than they really are. I have long hair and try to keep it my natural color without looking like it is dyed. I don't like wearing much make up so basically what you see is what you will see first thing in the morning. I am not on the slim side but I don't get my clothes at the local tent maker either. I am happy with me and like to be accepted for who I am as I am "warts and all" so if you are looking for someone to make over, thanks for looking but keep on looking. I am independent, strong willed, and don't like game players. I have a kind and big heart and love giving people a hand up but not a hand out. I don't have a lot but what I do have I am willing to share with anyone who I feel is trying their best to help themselves and of course my family and friends. That could well be the reason I don't have much. But you can't take it with you when you leave this world so I figure if I can take care of myself and help others along the way to better their lives, that is what God meant for my life. I have never been married and have no children I have given birth to - my sister gave birth to 4 and has allowed me to be a very active part of their lives. I don't like or tolerate the constant use of foul language.
I am looking for friends who have the same or simular interest but who is willing to do some new things with me. I want peole as friends who accept me and want me to accept them - must be single/non attached to any kind of mate. I am not into anything "kinky" with anyone so if that is your idea of a friend or fun, please have fun but keep looking. I do believe in God and Christianity and I expect my friends to believe the same.

I would love to go up in a Helicopter in the Grand Canyon, going to a ski lodge during snow season but I don't want to ski. Maybe on a cruise to Alaska.

Mi az ami után kutat?

Some one who is down to earth and happy in their own skin and is accepting of others where they are and as they are in life "warts and all". I want to find people who are their own best friend but having friends with like interest would enhance their lives.
I can't say looks are not important but good looks are in the eye of the beholder and I think personality and how you treat others are far more important than judging someone on their looks only. I would win no beauty contest but I think once you get to know me, I would win a beauty contest because of my inner beauty and my outer being would become a mute issue.
