Well…I consider myself to be easygoing, low-key, sometimes shy and quiet, sometimes talkative, energetic, and witty. I’m pretty straight forward about things, even blunt at times, and generally a private person, but quite open with close friends. I enjoy time with friends, and also need some down time and solitude. I generally like things peaceful and shy away from excessive drama, though we're all complicated beings, and life doesn't always go smoothly…I like to be active. I’m also pretty accomplished at hanging out and doing not much, on my own or with company. I’m happy just sitting around with a good movie, reading, and conversation, or going out and doing stuff. I agree with the old cliché that the activity is a lot less important than the company. I love good, ambling conversation, consider myself to be a good listener, and appreciate that quality in others. I am attracted to real, give and take exchange of ideas and would enjoy a partner to join me in my musings about life …I’d like to meet someone who is easygoing and relaxed, independent, conventional, open-minded, and capable of emotional intimacy down the road…someone who wants to share the ups and downs of life with a true partner while maintaining some autonomy. As far as other qualities I’d like to find and not find, well, who knows. I think people make all kinds of accommodations when a real connection is found, and without it, no perfect list of attributes will suffice, so I guess I’ll just leave it at that.
