I'm a Christian and would only date another Christian. I plan to remain in the Pacific Northwest.I paid to use this site so I do not know why I'm sometimes blocked from reading & sending messages. Non-smokers and Non-drinkers only. In this age group, first I want to know if you can still walk, talk, hear, see and drive. If so, can you do it on your own or are you only held up by a cabinet full of medications? I believe in natural cures and "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." I'm a retired newspaper editor and I'm now an author of two books. I also get paid to write blogs. I enjoy all music except rap. I love live-stage productions, humorous movies, photography, bowling, reading, putt-putt golf, ping-pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, card games and writing. Dogs are okay but not cats. I earned a BA at the University of Puget Sound in English-Writing (journalism). I'm No. 6 out of 14 kids and grew up on a Minnesota farm and have small town values. My books are "Get Tough or Die" and "That's Life in Poetry and Short Stories." I'm working on my 3rd book. I have a house in the Parkland/Spanaway area. I have a Writers Helping Writers group at the book store coffee shop in Lakewood on Saturday morning starting Jan. 13. I plan to join a bowling league at Paradise. Have a happy day!
