I am an active retired widower of two years looking for a female companion to spend time with. I am healthy fit good natured and still retain the considerations of a pre 1960s male. Believing in the Anglo Saxon heritage. I am ex service so I have done many unusual things and travel and worked in most areas of the world. I still retain my driving licence and drive a lot. I also have a narrowboat which is a team effort to drive any distance. I wash up well, health and hygiene are features of my life style and would like a lady with similar habits. As you see I tend to rabbit on a bit but that is because I have had full life, you can always shut me up with a kiss and a hug. feel free to ask for more.
At home I like making and repairing things, computers, reading TV in small doses, (documentaries, Science fiction western films historical programs from the Plantagenet period up to and including the first world war post 2nd world war is of no interest.
I like swimming and walking (a must with a small dog)
Because I do not drink I tend not to socialize a lot but am quite at home with groups of people in particular to kindred spirits.
