I'm a mature Christian who loves God above all else and care for people. I enjoy going to church services & felloshipping with the saints. I'm kindhearted & thoughtful, a nature lover and appreciate fine art and am quite a capable artist myself. I enjoy travelling by plane & car, the beach and good movies. I enjoyed being a pillion rider with my son here on his bike. I'd ridden with him at 145 mph a few years ago, but have difficulty dealing with it now. Always wanted to go horseback riding which I only did as a little girl, but the opportunity never presented itself. I'm a good driver, but have mostly driven on the left. I'm a quick learner however! I love children, but they must be properly trained, know their place and be polite & mannerly.
I was married for 52 years, had 3 children of my own and adopted one. I have been a widow for 2 years 2 months. I can cook, but a moody cook who doesn't particularly love the kitchen.
No relationships - waiting on a gentleman who knows how to be a real gentleman and how to treat a lady. Does.not use curse words to anyone &/or be disrespectful. Would like him to have a good sense of humour, can dress well for any occasion. Should be friendly intelligent, kindhearted, thoughtful, outgoing, polite and mannerly! Likes to have good, clean fun. Appreciates and enjoys family & friends. Well spoken, brave, receptive of authority and handles self well in public. Not fearful of speaking in public and can handle self well on a platform if the occasion arises and is necessary. Must not be loud and overbearing.
Physical
I like nice, soft hair - grey or greying is fine. If has a beard & mustache they must be well kept, short cropped. Any hair on legs & arms should be straight & smooth. Not into toooo much hair. Nose & ears must be free of hair. Face should be fairly clean, not bumpy with what's, moles or scruffy. Physique - slim to average. I dislike a big belly. Fingernails and shoes must always be clean. Love to see a guy in well fitted jeans and a rolled long sleeve shirt. Tshirts are acceptable. Can wear a suit well & look really stylish. Also likes to wear white &/or black.
Very important! I like a man who cooks well. Recently, my two sons who I've lived with are both very good cooks and also creative. The present one knows how to shop for his choice foodstuff and sauces. Always trying new things.
He should have an acceptable, at least, presence when receiving guests, meeting new people and moving around in public.
He should be willing to receive and accept necessary corrections for the better. We're never too old to learn.
