I am a friendly outgoing but quiet person slow to speak until I am comfortable. I love to dance but have not had much opportunity to do so. I am a social eater from a sandwich in the park to dinner in a nice restaurant. I like walks in the park. I love talking and sharing in an opportune place and at an opportune time. I have an infectious laugh and love to find reason to share it. I am usually the one that finds the one flaw in a movie and consider myself a decent critic. Yet on the other hand I am quite literal and am the brunt of LOUD laughter when I am confused by an ad for a 14 lb tablet and wonder how one could swallow such a big pill. Or I wonder when friends say they can dress a pig, why anyone would put clothes on a pig.

My husband and I were married for 51 1/2 years. He took ill in the last 6 years of our marriage. I took care of him with some help coming in. He passed away a little over a year ago. I have only recently begun trying to insert myself into the social scene again.

Mijn Idee Van Plezier is

Being with family and doing, " do you remember the time" or being with a friend and telling them "I remember the time" hoping this will incite belly laughs.
My husband and I were married for 50 1/2 years. He was ill for the last 6 years. I took care of him with help coming in. He passed away a little over a year ago.
Now I am trying to enter into the social world and feel a little awkward. However I am stronger than I thought.
