A free spirit, somewhat unconventional. Enjoy socialising, but also love to stay home with a good book, good friend, movie, braai, etc. I enjoy a glass of good red wine, and sometimes a G&T (summer!). I love travel and exploring new places, other cultures. Music is my passion. I enjoy all sorts of music, but not too crazy about country (newer country pop is OK) or opera. Sometimes listen to classical - prefer guitar. I love dancing, but rarely get the opportunity to do so.
I love the beach and the mountains.
I'm interested in healthy living and am fairly strict with myself in this regard. I like to keep myself up to date with health matters. I'm a bit of an armchair activist. I am compassionate and somewhat spiritual - I don't follow a specific religion. Even at this stage of my life, I believe that I am constantly learning and am therefore a work in progress! :):)
I love animals and have a particular love for cats. I have one cat, an old man, who has been with me and looked after me for 15 years. He is very, very important to me.
I would like a companion with whom to enjoy the finer things in life. If that turns out to be something more and feels right for me, I'll happily move forwards.

While I'm not someone who goes after money, I would like to meet someone who is comfortable. I would like a man who is assertive, while still being compassionate and having empathy; someone who is spiritual without being fanatically religious. Someone who enjoys the same things I do. I would love to have someone who enjoys dancing!! Someone who takes care of his health and body, well groomed. He should be honest and have great integrity, ethical in both personal and business practices. He must like cats!!!
