I would describe myself as confident without arrogance, optimistic but sensible, humble yet having the strength to stand up for what I believe in. I am very easy going and try to avoid drama. I have been blessed with great friends and family who have meant the world to me. I've learned through the years that true friends and family are always there when you really need them. In some ways I guess I would consider my true friends as family.
I enjoy helping others without expectation. Seeing them happy because of something I was able to do is gratifying to me and makes me smile. I laugh often and enjoy making people laugh. My sense of humor might be described as dry and maybe a bit sarcastic at times but always harmless.
I am very active and youthful. Physical fitness is important to me, and I enjoy working out. Cycling has become a passion, and I ride whenever and as much as I can. I especially enjoy that feeling of accomplishment and euphoria after a long grueling ride.
I also love the outdoors, spending time with my granddaughter, just driving around, the sun and warm weather, being on the water, sandy beaches, boating, sporting events, travel, music of all kinds, and hanging out with great company. I pride myself in my dedication to work and accomplishments, but I am acutely aware of the need to balance my work and my personal life.
Enough about me... I would like to find someone who shares similar interests, who is genuine, intelligent, and has a good sense of humor-being genuine, honest and trustworthy is very important to me. Other qualities I find attractive are caring and kind; someone with a sense of community, yet someone who stands on her own two feet with a sense of balance between work and play.
