I am Canadian born of English & Italian descent. I recently retired after +40 years as a Professional Accountant & Consulting Practice owner. For most of my life I have loved and participated in many sports including gymnastics, hockey, squash, racquetball, billiards, snooker & 8-ball. I love dogs, travelling, music, fine wine, and many different kinds of food - especially Italian, Greek & Chinese. I love to go for walks or for scenic drives in the country. While I just recently moved to Kingston, Ontario I still have a soft spot in my heart for Alberta & British Columbia where I spent over 20 years and enjoyed down-hill skiing at that time. I am well-educated and enjoy writing short stories, poetry and previously, technical articles related to my profession. I really enjoy watching movies, sports and game shows. I am hoping to find a woman with similar interests although I am always open to learning new things. I am a very sincere and loving person. I attend Church faithfully (no pun intended) and enjoy helping seniors. I do not feel (nor look) like a senior as God has Blessed me with exceptionally good health, energy, enthusiasm and a great sense of humour! While I am divorced (reasons will be shared as I get to know someone), I can definitely see myself getting married again as I am a "one-woman" man and would love to settle down again. Covid 19 has been difficult for a lot of people. Fortunately, my mood & disposition has not been adversely affected by it but I do find boredom more prevalent. I am hoping to attract a female with the attributes described above. I am somewhat leary and afraid of the internet but too many friends have told me to try it. My best buddy met his current heartthrob on the internet and they have been together for five years! I expect to see wedding bells in their future as well. Hopefully my honesty has described certain attributes about me that you might find attractive.
