I like to have a routine, up in the morning, check emails, exercise, shower, water my flowers and weeded if needed, put my make up on, get a cup of coffee if I have time with my friends. take care of the house or go to doctor's appointment, take sometime my daughter and children to appointments. My daughter is legally blind. every once in awhile go and have fun with my 3 good friends, gambling, vintage market, garage sale, visit my mother in law at the nursing home, enjoy my next door neighbor pool. At night watch TV and have a glass of wine. I'm having trouble with belly fat and need someone to support me and encourage me to exercise and watch what I eat!!
