Retired Lieutenant Commander (Mustang Officer) after 30 years USN. With the Navy I traveled extensively. I have visited or lived in 38 countries. I lived in Japan for 5 years and I lived in Scotland another 5 years. Though not another country I also lived 3 years in Hawaii. Stateside I have lived in Bremerton, WA (Seattle area), San Francisco, CA, Port Hueneme, CA, San Diego, CA, Charleston SC, Norfolk, VA, New London, CT, and Alexandria, VA (Stationed in the Pentagon). When I retired in 1994 I first lived in Emmett, then moved to Meridian in 1999. Then in 2003 I bought a 35 foot 5th wheel RV and played Snowbird until 2010. Side note, there is a saying among RVers and that is if you live full time in your RV it gets a foot shorter every year. You can do the math but you will see why in 2010 I finally "dropped anchor (Nautical term) and decided to settle down for awhile. :) Been living here in Boise ever since.
