I believe in a healthy lifestyle, best to describe myself I’m kind I’m very family oriented my foundation is God. I love to take walks & Nutrition is an important subject for me. Because I want to eat better, especially now that I am getting older. I value the fact that eating properly protects your body from a lot of things that could come against you.
